John McNally graduated from El Camino Real Charter High School in 2017. As a three-year Varsity player, he played as an outside hitter and setter. In 2016, during his junior year, he was the starting setter of the first team to win a CIF LA City Section Division I Championship for his high school. During his senior year of high school in 2017, he continued his lucrative volleyball career as the starting setter, leading his team to another showing at the CIF LA City Section Division I Championship. McNally was also named 2017 Player of the Year and was part of the All-CIFLACS CIF First Team. He was also a three-season returning player at West Edge and joined the coaching staff in 2018.

McNally began his coaching career at his Alma Mater, El Camino Real Charter High School as the boys JV coach. He led the team to a 1st Place finish at a tournament and a strong league showing for his first year coaching. He was the assistant coach for the gold medal team, West Edge 17, in 2018.

Currently, John McNally is attending Cal State University, Northridge and is majoring in Kinesiology. He now hopes to guide younger players and help them improve their game
through growing their passion for the game.

Alyssa Lee played as a Libero on Granada Hills Charter High School’s Varsity team for three years and graduated in 2009 and was a 1st Team All-City player for 2 years of her high school career. She was the Libero and captain and part of the 2008 CIF LA Division 1 City Championship Runner-Up team.

Lee earned a B.A. in Media at UC San Diego and an M.A. in Coaching & Athletic Administration at Concordia University Irvine. She will be entering her 6th year as the head coach at El Camino Real Charter High School.

Andrew Pitters was part of the CIF L.A. City Section Championship team at Granada Hills Charter High School in 2007 as a Middle Blocker and Setter. As a member of the Santa Monica Beach Club, he earned a Bronze medal in the Club Division at the Junior Olympics. He continued his volleyball career into Pierce College as a middle blocker and earned the All-State Middle Blocker title for two seasons.

Pitters began his coaching career at Granada Hills Charter High School Girls for the Frosh/Soph team and has led them to six undefeated league championships. He also coached at Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies for two seasons as the Head Boys Varsity Coach. He was the assistant coach at Mission College for the Women's Volleyball program for two years. He was the assistant coach for the gold medal team, West Edge 17, in 2018.

Pitters earned a B.A. in Journalism from Cal State University, Northridge, and is currently studying athletic training. He is the girls JV coach and
assistant girls Varsity coach at Notre Dame High School, in addition, he is currently the boys JV and Varsity assistant coach at Harvard-Westlake High School.
